为深入了解新加坡传统华族食物和饮食文化，我校小六华文班学生于11月8日参加了“新加坡华族饮食文化工作坊”。在工作坊中，学生们获得了亲手制作新加坡深受喜爱的传统小吃——薄饼（Popiah）的机会。通过这项体验，他们不仅学习了薄饼的食材和制作过程，也体会到传统华族菜肴如何演变，并融入新加坡独特多元文化饮食遗产的一部分。
